Model 3/Y Heated Steering Wheel Module

Product Compatibility

Notes

The heated steering wheel module (module) has already been set in heating mode by default. It is ready to use once the module is installed.

The module does not affect the OTA upgrade.

The module uses the steering wheel light as power supply. Heated feature would not work if you turn off the steering wheel lights.

Mode

High Threshold Mode (Default)

When the car is turned on and the cabin temperature is below 29°C, the heating feature will activate. When the cabin temperature exceeds 29°C, the heating will turn off, and the cabin temperature will maintain 21°C for activation.

Low Threshold Mode

In this mode, the heated feature will activate when the cabin temperature is below 13°C. The heating will stop when the temperature exceeds 24°C. When the cabin temperature drops below 13°C, the heating will activate again.
