Soft-Close: After parking, gently close the car door. When the door lock reaches the first level, the soft-close door motor will activate, quietly drawing in and locking the door. The door lock components will automatically return to their original position.
Manual Closing: When manually closing the door lock, the soft-close function will also operate to ensure the door is fully closed.

Before installation, to ensure operational safety, disassembling the negative battery terminal may prevent the windows from moving. However, high-end vehicles may require electrical activation after battery disassembly and previous settings may be lost, so do not remove the battery. Please first verify that all parts are complete and wrap any easily damaged or scratched parts in bubble wrap.
For safety and to ensure the product works correctly, have it installed by professional staff. Do not disassemble the device yourself to avoid unnecessary damage.
Check whether the buttons on the door, window movement, original door lock opening, closing, and locking functions are normal.
Before installation, staff should remove all metal or other hard objects from their person and place them outside the vehicle to prevent damage to the car seats, interior, and doors during operation.
Many parts are disassembled during the installation process, so carefully store the removed parts to ensure that subsequent restoration work can proceed smoothly.
Follow the installation process for wiring to avoid affecting the vehicle's moving parts. All wire harnesses need to be secured after the wiring is done to prevent loosening and vibrational noise.
Do not unplug any connectors while the power is on after connection to avoid damaging the main unit or the vehicle's fuses, causing other damage or abnormalities.
Before and after disassembling all parts, please confirm whether the adhesive nails and buckles are intact. If damaged, they must be replaced to avoid abnormal noise while driving.
Be careful with screws in tight operating spaces. If a screw falls inside the vehicle, make sure to retrieve it, or the vehicle may make abnormal noise when moving.
Use a pry tool to remove the glass lift control decorative panel.
Remove the two screws securing the inner door panel.
Carefully pry open the clips around the door inner panel with a pry tool.
Note: Before prying, make sure all screws on the inner door panel have been removed.
Disconnect all wire harnesses and remove the inner door panel.
Uncover the clip cover of the glass lifter, adjust the glass to the appropriate position, and use a tool to unscrew the glass fixing screw.
Unscrew the sound insulation panel clips and remove the sound insulation panel.
Remove the driver's door outer handle and unscrew the door lock fixing bolt.
Carefully remove the original door lock from the inner side of the door.
Tear off the original car lock's waterproof and shock-absorbing cotton.
Remove the original car lock's outer door unlock cable.
Use a electric grinder to flatten the rivet head on the control part and the original lock block.
Remove the rivet and the two fixing screws (Tip: If it's difficult to remove the rivet after grinding, use a small screwdriver to push out the rivet).
Use a flathead screwdriver to pry open the lock block and control unit at points A-B.
Detach the control part from the mechanical lock core.
Note: Do not damage the microswitch during disassembly.
Remove the soft closing door lock block component.
Assemble the soft closing door door lock block component with the original car control unit.
Note: Check if the extra detection switch on the control unit is deformed before assembly.
(1) Screw in the provided screw at the original rivet position. (2) Lock the original control and lock block fixing screw.
Note: Replace the original rivet with the provided M3*25 screw (After tightening the screw, loosen it by one turn counterclockwise. Do not tighten it too much).
Install the outer door unlock cable, and the lock head assembly is complete (Tip: Test if the inner and outer unlock cable functions are normal).
Install the assembled soft closing door lock head back to the original lock position, and restore the mechanical key lock core (This step is only for the driver's door).
Clean the area to be adhered to, ensuring the surface is dust-free, water-free, and oil-free. Then, open the provided adhesive aid package, take out the wipe, and clean the surface to be adhered to. Wait a few minutes.
Tear off the protective paper on the 3M adhesive on the motor box installation bracket, smooth the cable, and press hard to adhere tightly.
After tearing off the protective sticker on the 3M adhesive on the clutch device, stick it above or below the outer door handle bracket.
Place the motor box on the door anti-collision beam reinforcement sheet metal inner groove and stick it tightly. (Tip: The motor box fixing position has slight differences for different car models, but the installation method is basically the same).
Clamp the yellow positive wire to the constant +12V wire, and the black negative wire to the GND ground wire.
Use pliers to clamp the wire clamp in place, and use a multimeter to measure whether there is a 12V output at the positive and negative terminals.
Note: Shake the power wire by hand during measurement to check for poor contact (the power supply steps for the 4 doors are basically the same).
Connect the motor box wire harness to the power wire end, test whether the soft closing door lock is normally attracted, and whether the outer door handle opens normally. If normal, restore the sound insulation panel, and tidy up the power wire harness with a cable tie.
Note: It is best to place the power wire plug and fuse under the space of the window controller for easy inspection in the future.
After the soft closing door is installed and powered on, use a screwdriver to turn the lock core to the half-lock position, and test whether the soft closing door is normally attracted. After unlocking the outer handle, repeat several times to confirm whether the soft closing door is normally attracted, and confirm whether the inner and outer handles unlock, central control, and child lock work normally. After verifying that all functions are normal and all parts are installed in place and working normally, restore the decorative panel.
If there is a problem with the soft closing door, you can follow the troubleshooting methods listed below.
The soft closing feature does not work:
Check whether all connectors are well connected, check the motor box harness, if necessary, re-plug it;
Remove the suction lock from the door panel, continue to power the power line, and place the cable smoothly. Use a stick tool to pull the lock tongue to the half-lock position, simulate the closing action, and check whether the motor box can drive the lock tongue to perform the suction action. If the suction is normal at this time, consider that the cross-installation is not in place, and adjust the cross-installation (refer to the installation instructions).
The soft closing door is not sensitive:
Check whether there is winding and excessive bending of the cable between the motor box and the lock head. Generally, the cable head on the lock head and the head of the motor box are most likely to bend and need special attention;
If there is no such phenomenon in the pull rope, try to remove the motor box, put the pull rope smoothly, use a stick tool, move the lock tongue to the half-lock position, simulate the closing action, and check whether the motor box can drive the lock tongue to perform the suction action. If the suction is normal at this time, consider that the installation is not in place, and adjust the installation (refer to the installation instructions).
Door cannot be opened:
Disconnect the power fuse or the power harness of the single door with a fault for 3-5 minutes, and then power it up to restore it to normal operation;
Check whether the pull rope of the inner and outer door handles is not well installed causing it to loosen;
When the rear door inner door handle cannot open the door, focus on checking whether the child lock switch on the door panel is turned on;
Focus on checking whether the installation of the lock tongue mechanism and the original car lock mechanism is in place, and whether the lock tongue positioning is not installed in place.
Door cannot be closed:
Check if the lock tongue is jammed, try to use the door handle to unlock the lock tongue;
Remove the lock head and motor box from the door panel, place the pull rope smoothly, and try whether the lock tongue can unlock smoothly.
