Firmware Update

Please follow the instruction to perform a firmware update

You need to prepare the following items:

1. USB Flash Drive in FAT32 format

2. Firmware Update file (our technician will send you a .zip file)

Log Export

1. Extract the .zip file and put the folder bv3d into the root of the USB Flash Drive

2. Insert the USB Flash Drive into the USB port.

3. You will see a pop-up on the display, running from 0% to 100%.

4. Remove the USB Flash Drive from the device.

5. The update is completed.
