# Export Debug Log

In case of any technical issues, our technician may ask you for a debug log. Please follow the instructions to extract the log and send it to our technician.

You need to prepare the following items:

1. USB Flash Drive in **FAT32** format
2. Log exporter (our technician will send you a `.zip` file)

### Log Export

1. Extract the `.zip` file and put the folder `bv3d` into the root of the USB Flash Drive
2. Drive the vehicle and use the system as normal until the issue happens
3. Insert the USB Flash Drive into the USB port.
4. You will see a pop-up on the display, running from 0% to 100%.
5. Remove the USB Flash Drive from the device.
6. Compress the folder `bv3d` and send it to our technician

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://evoffer.gitbook.io/evoffer-installation-guide/model-3/fusionlink-integrated-carplay-and-android-auto-system/export-debug-log.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
