Step 1 - Adjust the steering wheel
Use the left scroll wheel to adjust the steering wheel to its lowest and outermost position.

Step 2 - Remove the decorative panels
Use the provided pry tool to carefully remove the upper cover of the steering column.


Remove the weatherstrip (rubber seal) along the front right door frame.

Use the pry tool to remove the triangular trim panel on the side of the dashboard.


Remove the side cover/kick plate in the passenger footwell.


Step 3 - Power and CAN Connection
Run the power and CAN signal cable to the back of the steering wheel using the fishing tape.

Power and CAN ConnectionEnsure all connectors are clicked in securely.
Step 4 - Main Unit Installation
Back at the steering wheel, take the Main Unit and plug in the power cable you routed earlier.

Test: Once plugged in, turn on the vehicle power via the main Tesla screen. Check if the new Instrument Cluster powers on and displays data correctly.

Step 5 - Front Camera Installation (Optional)
If your kit includes the front camera, follow these steps to install the camera.
Remove the plastic trim and the frunk tub to access the firewall area. You may also need to remove the air intake cover.





Find the rubber grommet on the firewall (passenger side). Cut a hole to feed the wire.


Pass the fishing tape through the grommet into the cabin. Run the camera wire from cabin to the frunk.




Install the camera on the front bumper/grille area using the provided accessories. Ensure the wire routing is tidy.




Connect the camera plug to the Main Unit.

Step 6: Reassembly
Neatly arrange the power and camera cables.
